I wanted to do something special this October since Halloween is my favorite holiday and I thought this might be fun. For a while now I've been planning and working on a new comic series called "Monster". It can be best described as my attempt at a magical girl series; bit of scifi, bit of fantasy, toss in some eldritch horror and my own odd brand of comedy. So each day I will post some sketches and doodles pertaining to the series with a bit of info about what's in it. If I'm lucky perhaps we'll finish it all up with page one?

Item Info (subject to future change)
Michelle's weapon is deceptive in it's simplicity. It is a set of claws at the end of her armor plated gloves, made of overlapping scale-like pieces along the length of the fingers, allowing ease of mobility along with practical protection. The claws at the ends are retractable, they slide forward and lock into place when Michelle wills it; they are razor sharp and can cut through almost anything with ease. Michelle is very strong, with punches having the force of an oncoming truck. When combined with the claws on her glove, a blow would turn from bone-breaking to eviscerating. This is not all Michelle is capable of however, she can generate shields and barriers to protect herself and others from damage, impede the movement of enemies. The barriers look to be made of haphazard pieces and seem almost fluid when in use, sliding into different shapes and positions on the fly to provide the greatest amount of protection. All these things combined make this young woman the very definition of a tank.
